How The Anytime Plan Works

The Anytime Plan works by delivering timely and relevant marketing messages automatically to callers on hold, which is typically about 70 percent of all callers. A device called the iProMOH is located at your business site. With one connection to the Internet and another to your telephone system, the iProMOH receives audio and scheduling information from the Easy On Hold studio constantly. The software in the iProMOH manages the audio content… rotating music tracks and announcements exactly as programmed… exactly as needed to say the right things at the right time.

With this scheduling capability, you can greet callers with “good morning” or “good afternoon”. You can play special announcements on specific days of the week. You can create start and stop dates for any announcement. For example, you can support an advertised event or promotion that runs from the first through the 19th with on hold messages that run only on those dates. On the 20th, the programming automatically changes, completely hands-free. Think of your Anytime Plan as programming your own company radio station—up to the minute, meaningful, results-oriented.

Secure Technology

The iProMOH is in use at thousands of locations and poses no security risk. Once I.T. managers get the technical specs on the iProMOH, they don't have a problem using this player on the network. Installation does require the iProMOH to be able to get to the Easy On Hold server over Port 80. You'll need a network connection in close proximity to your telephone system's on hold input. All audio is stored inside the iProMOH. It is not streaming audio over the web. The iProMOH connects to the Easy On Hold server once every 12 hours for only a few seconds, then disconnects, maintaining all the audio and instructions necessary to carry out even the most complicated playback schedules. Best of all, everything is taken care of by Easy On Hold producers and engineers, while you and your staff stay focused on your business.

It's easy to quickly change your Anytime Plan announcements. Thus the name—Anytime Plan. Simply log in to your account at Easy On Hold dot com… start a new script or edit an existing script… and submit. In 3 days or less, you'll have audio to approve, and the iProMOH can start playing the audio within 12 hours of approval.

Pricing

The Anytime Plan can be set up for a minimum term of 12 months for the inclusive price of $950. Multiple locations playing the identical messages can be added at a greatly reduced price.

Installation
