Easy On Hold® for Zoom Phone connects professionally managed music and messages directly to your Zoom Phone environment. Instead of depending on a short audio file that starts over and becomes repetitive, callers can hear a continuously changing stream of music, announcements and branded messages.
Your organization can use different streams for departments, queues, locations, languages or caller experiences. Music and messages are managed through Easy On Hold, so your phone administrator does not need to repeatedly replace audio whenever your content changes.
Streaming also makes time-sensitive content easier to manage. Music can rotate, messages can be scheduled, outdated announcements can stop automatically and new content can be introduced without rebuilding the entire phone-system audio file.
Zoom Phone gives organizations opportunities to use audio at different stages of a call. Easy On Hold lets you create separate streaming experiences instead of forcing every caller to hear the same program.
Give callers a polished experience while their call is being connected or routed. Use music and brief branded messages to make those first moments of the call feel intentional.
Use a separate stream for callers who are placed on hold. Longer music variety, service information, promotions and helpful announcements can keep the experience useful while callers wait.
Not every caller needs to hear the same thing. Easy On Hold can provide multiple streams so your audio can match the caller's location, department, language or reason for calling.
After the integration is established, routine caller-audio changes no longer have to become phone-system administration projects. Easy On Hold manages the stream while Zoom Phone plays it.
Marketing and customer-experience teams can keep promotions, service information and branded messaging current without asking an administrator to replace a Zoom Phone audio file every time something changes.
