Welcome to your online portal—your Content Control Center™. You'll create, approve, manage and schedule your on hold messages, IVR/auto attendant prompts, and streaming hit music (Brandi Music) from this central dashboard.

Content Control Center™ Features

  • Scheduling. Play streaming on hold messages or music on certain dates, times or choose when they should start and stop. Before a message is out of date, we'll email or text you!
  • Message Control. Each message is a unique topic, heard in your stream. Turn a topic off or on any time. Changes are heard instantly. Use "stand by" messages for emergencies.
  • Combine and Download. For phone platforms that require files, the Content Control Center™ let's you combine, re-order and download any combination of your audio content at any time, as often as you like.
  • AI Studio. Our new text-to speech service uses generative AI to instantly turn your text into lifelike voices that match our human voice talent.
  • Script Templates. Choose from a library of industry scripts or make changes to have quick updates for callers.
