A friend sent me a few samples from Graph Jam and they are a scream. I couldn’t help notice that a couple of them hit squarely on the sore spot of customer service: waiting for assistance.
Easy On Hold is in the “waiting for assistance” business. Our Mission is to “MAKE THE WAIT GREAT”.Unfortunately, many businesses ignore this part of their customer experience. So much so that it has become a laughing stock. Jokes about my call being “important” or that my estimated hold time is “eternity” are common. Part of the reason something is funny, is because it is true! Here are a few winners from Graph Jam. I hope they don’t hit too close to home. If they do, give us a call.
